こんにちは！6月末ということで、トーストマスターズの会計年度がいよいよ変わりますね！そんな横浜オーシャンTMCも、今季最後の例会となりました。
今季最後で第300回達成！
そんな第300回に相応しく、入会式からスタート。TM J.A.が3回の見学を経て見事入会しました。おめでとうございます。これから共に学んでいきましょう。
入会式の後には役員退任式・就任式が行われました。今季役員の皆様、お疲れ様でした。そして来季役員の皆様は頑張ってくださいね。
退任式・就任式の後はいよいよ教育セッション。
本日一発目のスピーチは、TM C.B.による空手の魅力を伝えるスピーチでした。非常に情報が良く整理されており、わかりやすい構成でした。
二本目のスピーチは、TM J.Y.による論評の良い点と改善点のバランスを維持しよう！というものでした。スピーチの最後に聴衆への問いかけがあったのが印象的でした。
準備スピーチの後は、TM T.S.による初めてのテーブルトピックスマスターでした。日英混合、初めての論評だったにも関わらず、質問の内容自体もわかりやすく、素晴らしいファシリテーションでした。
テーブルトピックスの後は、先の二人のスピーカーに対する論評がありました。TM K.S., TM Y.K.共にスピーカーのためになる論評をありがとうございました。
全体的に見ても、イレギュラーな例会だったにも関わらずテンポが良かったです。TMOMのTM C.Tの素晴らしいファシリテーションのおかげですね！
Hello! It is the end of June, which means that the fiscal year for Toastmasters is finally changing! This is the last meeting of the season for Yokohama Ocean TMC.
This was the last meeting of the season for Yokohama Ocean
TMC, which has now reached its 300th meeting!
As befitting the 300th meeting, we started with the induction
ceremony, in which TM J.A. was inducted after three visits. Congratulations!
Let's learn together from now on.
After the induction ceremony, the retirement and inauguration
ceremony of the board members was held. I would like to thank all the board
members for their hard work this season. And I wish the next season's board
members the best of luck.
After the retirement and inauguration ceremonies, it was time for
the educational session. The first speech of the day was a speech by TM C.B. on
the appeal of karate. It was very informative, well organized, and easy to
understand.
The second speech was by TM J.Y. on maintaining a balance between
the good points of the commentary and areas for improvement! by TM J.Y. I was
impressed by the question to the audience at the end of the speech.
After the prepared speeches, TM T.S. was the first table topics
master. Even though it was the first time for a mixed Japanese-English and
first time for a discussion, the questions themselves were easy to understand
and the facilitation was excellent.
After the table topics, there were evaluations by TM K.S. and TM
Y.K. on the previous two speakers, and both TM K.S. and TM Y.K. thanked the
speakers for their helpful comments.
Overall, the meeting was well paced despite the irregularity of the
meeting, thanks to the excellent facilitation by TM C.T. of TMOM!
