第345回通常例会（ZOOM&横浜市技能文化会館）2025年5月25日
2025年5月25日、横浜オーシャンTMCの来期役員選挙＆通常例会が開催されました。
ZOOMと横浜市技能文化会館のハイブリッド例会でしたが、来期（7月～）の役員選挙が実施される事もあり、久しぶりに会場参加するメンバーも多く、和気あいあいとした雰囲気の中、例会が始まりました。
冒頭にて、会長E藤による先日の全国大会関連の報告とゲスト紹介の後、今朝のトーストマスターのW松さんによる進行がスタートしました。今朝の言葉はＫ山さんより紹介され、「二極化」（日本語）と「Breathtaking」（英語）です。
前半は役員選挙のセッションです。
来期役員の候補者について、応援スピーチと立候補スピーチが行われ、来期役員の顔ぶれが正式に決定しました。どのスピーチも心のこもった素晴らしい内容で、来期のクラブ運営への期待感が高まりました！
The second half was an educational session.
The prepared speech was TM K-ga and her speech title was "いつもとは違う道". She has just been transferred to Tokyo and started
commuting. She is trying to vary her daily commute by walking and exploring
different routes. Her speech project was "Managing a Difficult
Audience" so during her speech, some of the audience started talking on
their own and other interruptions occurred, but she responded appropriately to
the troublesome audiences' comments and got through them well. It was a fun
speech with two-way interaction.
“Table Topics Session” was facilitated by TM S-no. The topics were related
to his recent outdoor events.

us about any inconvenience or problem you have experienced during your outdoor
events.
l When choosing
a product, which do you most prioritize on price or on specification /design?
In the evaluation session, TM I-ka reviewed TM K-ga’s speech. He began on good
points suggesting an appropriate selection of speech topics and well-managing
difficult audience. Also, he suggested not only positive feedback but also improvement
ones.
The general evaluator was E-do who gave feedback on the overall content and
the evaluator. TM I-ka, the grammarian and Ah-counter, provided feedback on the
frequency of how many times the words of the morning were used and the number
of any hesitations.
Finally, we had the award session. Only the best table topic speaker was
announced. The winner was our guest, V-san.
In the closing session, there was great news. A guest who attended for the
first time commented that she would like to be a member of our club!
例会後のランチは、いつもより参加人数も多く、大いに盛り上がりました。
