本日は対面とZoomのハイブリッド例会。
ゴールデンウイークに入り、全体としての参加者は少ない中、オンサイトにいらした方々が比較的多くいらっしゃいました。
本日のTMOM はSさん。ゴールデンウイークとは？とTipsから紹介。
1951年～映画界のPromotion
Weekとして作られたマーケティング用語。
テレビ番組の「ゴールデンタイム」から「ゴールデンウイーク」として販促活動が始まったとされる。
少人数でゴールデンウイークと言う事もあり、リラックスムードで行きましょう！との掛け声で例会スタート！
早速、Education Session開始。
今日の言葉はWさんより「はればれ」。
まさに晴天の本日にふさわしい言葉、皆さんも頻繁に使われて、こころもすっきり明るくなりましたね！
最初の準備スピーチはLさん。
ご自身の息子さんと一緒に体質改善に向けた取り組みで得た大切な気付きについて。
周りとの比較より、昨日の自分より少しでも成長している事。克服すべき相手は自分自身である！と身に染みる内容でした。
続いての準備スピーチはTさん、
子供のころに書き残していた将来の夢についての書物を発見。
私は「ゾウになりたい」と書かれていたと。何とも可愛らしい表現。今考えると、大きく、優しく、のんびりしたイメージを純粋に表していたのかと。
大人になるにつれ、夢とは実現すべきものと少し重たくなりがちだが、振り返った事で、自分の本質に気付かされ、その価値観に沿って成長して行けば良いのではと、気持ちが楽になったと、私も自分を振り返る機会となりました。
テーブルトピックスのセッションに入り、お題はゲストのKさんより。
元気いっぱいの進行、全体が一気に活気ある雰囲気に！
お題は至ってシンプルでスピーカーに語っていただくスタイル。慣れた取り回しでまさにプロの技！
1問目 ： 「自分の名前について」
回答Ｉさんより、
「自己紹介」は自分にしか出来ないもの、練習を積んでより魅力的に語る事が出来る！
2問目 ： 「自分の魅力について」
回答Ｗさんより、
周りからはエネルギッシュと思われる一方、本当は根暗なところ。「うがった見方をする飲み会」皆で世の中の事を色んな側面から捉え語る、何とも興味深い集い！
3問目 ： 「好きな色について」
回答Wさんより、
「ピンク」好きな色は時代、季節、環境によって変わっていくものですが、結局は子供のころからの好みに戻るものと。お住いのアメリカも現在桜が咲いてピンクに彩られていると！
4問目 ： 「今日のファッションについて」
回答Kさんより、
今日は黒で纏めてみました！普段は仕事着かスポーツウエアばかりだが、最近見たユーチューブで素敵な方が来ていたシャツをそのまま真似してみましたー
5問目 ： 「カレーライスについて」
地元にあるおすすめの南インドカレーのお店を紹介、魅力を語って頂きましたが、本日来ていたシャツはカレーを食べるには最もリスキーな純白！（笑）皆さんもカレー屋行くときは気を付けてー。
Lさんの論評はKさんより。
スピーチ全体を捉え、ポイントを余すところなく丁寧に論評されていました。
Tさんの論評はOさんより。
良い点、改善点のポイントをクリアにし、スピーチの様な構成された論評でした。
Moving on to the English session.
Word of the morning was from Ms.W, introduced “Eager Anticipation”.
We all eagerly anticipated the “Golden Week” that have just
started. So excited!
Today’s English speech was from Ms.W
Title : “Kindness to Parents”
Shared her experiences as an owner of the organization, managing
staff’s time and place for work. She has the motivation to change the society
for workers but at the same time there was a challenge how to tackle the
constraint and to deal with each and one of them. She also had her own bias not
to assign tasks too much for parents, but she realized that the situation is
different with each of them. It is important to communicate and recognize their
needs. She is always ready to ask them “Would you like to try?”
Table Topics was from Ms.W, that was related to Golden Week.
Q. How are you planning this holiday?
A. from Ms.K,
No specific plans so far because of his intermittent holiday (飛び石連休) but to spend time with his relatives.
Q. Place you recommend visiting during holiday.
A. from our guest, Ms.A
There was a technical issue with from on-line but made a very
fluent speech.
Q. Are you an outdoor person or prefer to stay inside?
A. from Mr.K
He goes out for jogging but it’s within the neighborhood and the
rest of the time he prefers to stay inside even on holidays.
Evaluator Ms.K for speeker Ms.W
She highlighted the speech that was aligned with the project
using supporting data that was very effective.
Also, great challenge of trying to elaborate how she felt about
the speech in more depth.

Mr.K enjoyed the club participating with highly skilled
individuals.
