本日は対面とZoomのハイブリッド例会。
いつもの様に、会長Eさんからの開会挨拶。
3月16日に行われる６クラブ参加のコンテストに向けて関係者準備を進めていただいています。
横浜オーシャンからもコンテスタントとしてSさんが日本語セッションで出ますので、皆さんで是非応援しましょう！
本日のTMOM Sさんの司会進行でEducation Session開始。
今日の言葉はTさんより「ほっこり」。英語では”Feel Comfortable”？
まだまだ寒い日が続いていますので、こころも身体も「ほっこり」したいですね。
最初の準備スピーチはWさん。
ご夫婦でラジオ番組を持って音声配信アプリのPodcastにて配信をしているお話しでした。
共通の趣味として5年前から通算約200回配信、「つれづれ恋愛学」と言う番組。
配信を通して、ご夫婦の関係性、自分自身に対して様々な気づきがあったとの事。
また、知らない高校生からの恋愛相談もあり、お二人の配信が誰かの心に影響を与えていることを感じられました。
続いての準備スピーチはSさん、
次回のスピーチコンテストの練習として発表されました。
題名は「禁足地」
地元にある神社に「禁足地」にまつわる逸話から、「荒ぶる神にすがる事」が、自分のこころに一つの区切りをつけ、悪い流れを断ち切る心理的効果は今も昔も同じであると。
自分自身のバージョンアップに期待！
テーブルトピックスのセッションに入り、お題はIさんより。
1問目 ： スピーチのお題に関連して、「今までで印象に残ったラジオ番組は？」
回答Tさんより、
木村拓哉さんのラジオ番組に自身の質問と投稿が採用され、ラジオネームを呼ばれたと、、それほど印象深いものはないですね！
2問目 ： こちらもスピーチに関連して、「現在、神様にお願いしたい事は？」
回答Kさんより、
プロジェクトを成功させ昇進すること、、ですが実は秘密にしたい事でしたと。。確かにそうですね！
また、お金を得て家、別荘を建てたいと追加いただきました。
3問目 ： 本日は天皇誕生日と言う事で「あなたが尊敬する人は？」
回答Sさんより、
「父親」 お父様からは、自分の事は自分でやる、なしとげること、自立することを教えてもらって、それが今でも力になっていると。
Wさんの論評はKさんより。
気付きポイントを適格でクリアに論評されていました。
Sさんの論評はOさんより。
高い分析力と具体的な例を挙げながら改善点をアドバイスをされていました。
Moving on to the English session.
Word of the morning was from Ms.E, introduced “Symbol / Symbolize”.
Today was our emperor’s birthday and had a chance to acknowledge him as Japan’s “Symbol”.
First speech was from Ms.S
Introduced her interest and the beauty of the Ukiyoe, which is
one of Japan’s art
cultures from hundreds of years ago.
Noticed from her that it was like a bible of the “Manga”(Anime) and expressed
the charm of it using effective slides with variation of Ukiyoe art.
She hopes this will be the entrance to know about it for the
beginners and it definitely did!
Second speech was from Mr.L
Sharing his personal promotion story with the importance and the
power of positive thinking.
Bringing with several tips like, “focus on what I can do..”,“Stay with positive
people”
Or, simply just go outside, move your body, go for a run that
can make yourself positive and I personally agree!
Table Topics was from Ms.E, that was related to today’s speech topic.
Q. What do you think is the symbol of Japan?
A. from Ms.W,
She mentioned about one of the most basic symbols such as Japan’s flag, white background
with red circle “Hinomaru”
There is a traditional Japanese lunch box named“Hinomaru Bento” contains only rice
and one Japanese sour plum “Umeboshi” in the
very middle that reminds her as a symbol.
Q. What will you like to start as your new hobby?
A. from our guest, Ms.B
“Snowboarding”. She has just gone to
Hokkaido to ski and always liked it. She had a thought that ski is better than
snowboard but recently got the interest by knowing the difference that may have
a positive effect for improving the skill for both.
Q. Please share the tips to keep positive thinking.
A. from Mr.I
His first tip was also to go outside and move your body. There
is always positive effect when you are physically healthy.
And he likes to take a bath and reset yourself. Recommend going
to the public bath as there are plentiful choices here in Japan.
Evaluator Ms.T for speeker Ms.S
She very much outlined the whole speech and described the good
points that was understandable.
Improvement points she pointed out how the speech concluded, it
was very convinced.
Evaluator Mr.S for speeker Mr.L
His evaluation appropriately grasped the point and gave not only
the good points but also the improvement points.
Also delivered an empathetic message.

Before we end today’s session, our guests gave a short comment.
Ms.V stated her thoughts she will prepare for the next roll and
Ms.B gave appreciation to the club facilitated efficiently.
